Information concerning Asian and European activities – update April 28

Hoyer Group activities are normalising and operations continue to improve.

Our HQ in Ningbo, China is fully operational and close to the performance before the covid-19 outbreak. The Hoyer production sites are running on full capacity and preparing for further flexibility based on new market demands. Domestic travelling and transportation as well as freight of goods in and out of China continue to develop positively. We have yet again initiated internal and external visiting.

Hoyer Europe is still facing a severe situation and many national restrictions continue to be in force. However, the situation is improving in several countries including our HQ in Denmark where several restrictions are lifted. We are now back at work with 95% of the workforce in the Danish HQ. The remaining European offices continues to work from home. The delivery performance has and will not be affected, however, a few restrictions are seen on freight of goods to areas with severe outbreaks. All necessary actions are taken to keep our employees and other stakeholders safe.

The development of the outbreak is constantly being assessed and analysed to define the risk in our supply chain. In case of potential changes the customers affected will be contacted immediately. Until further notice we will deliver as always which is further supported by our normalised operations and the continued extensive stock facilities in Europe and Asia.

As the situation is still developing we will keep monitoring all available information and communicate with our business partners accordingly.
