The design is based on our successful IE3 and IE4 motor ranges, offering proven high quality, reliability and performance across a wide range of applications.
The motors are asynchronous, low voltage three-phase TEFC squirrel-cage motors, available in three configurations to match different market and efficiency requirements.
All cast iron and aluminium motors are fitted with SKF or similar premium quality bearings and 3×PTC in windings. Motors size 80-180 have closed bearings greased for life, with fixed drive-end bearings as standard on all Hoyer World Efficiency motors. All models comply with IEC standard frame dimensions and carry UL/CSA approval, supporting deployment across global markets.
