Hoyer is experiencing rapid growth and we are therefore seeking a Project Manager for a newly established position. You will ensure project alignment across the entire organisation as well as having the main project responsibility of all technical projects in our business unit Hoyer Motors – an international brand within electric motors.
Working across the whole organisation
As Project Manager your primary task will be to lead our product road map which involves internal stakeholders such as the technical department, sales and our supply chain. You will thereby work across departments and nations which means that strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Having structure while creating project overview is a must. You are the one ensuring that all stakeholders deliver on time and on target while keeping the budget.
You will be involved in special customer-driven projects as well as being responsible of creating internal project management tools and best practice guidelines. Being a new position there will be great opportunities to influence the Hoyer project management approach.
- Project management of product road map, customer projects and internal projects. You are main responsible of the technical project group

Structured and motivated
The ideal candidate is a certified project manager, Prince 2 or similar. You are structured and organised. Multi stakeholder cooperation comes naturally to you and with your outgoing personality you are able to establish close relations. You possess technical flair and have a commercial mindset. It motivates you to work in a technical company where business development is an essential element of the corporate strategy.
We expect you to have five years of experience within project management and technical experience is a considerable advantage. You are fluent in English and preferably Danish as well.
Project management is a strategic focus at Hoyer and you will thereby report directly to the CEO. You will be working from our headquarters in Denmark and the position will take you traveling 10-15 days a year.
