Our approach

Our business and market approach is based on values such as trust, reliability, and quality. By supporting the principles of the UN Global Compact and selected Sustainable Development Goals, we aim to influence our organisation and long-term partners. It is done by having detailed management systems and procedures.

We target to improve the way we work with ESG related areas such as:

• Protection of human rights
• Labour rights and discrimination
• Environmental responsibility
• Work against corruption
• Health and safety of employees

Energy efficiency

By offering more energy efficient motors and drives we can support customers in their focus on optimising application efficiency and thereby reducing industry emissions.

At Hoyer we take interest in our customers’ environmental targets and we believe in making a difference together. We actively support the focus on Global Goal #7 and #9 in the pursue of sustainable development.

Improving energy efficiency is most likely the fastest, cheapest and cleanest way to ensure reliable power while reducing emissions.
